ok so i deposited 50 quid at cryptorino last fridy got some 100% match bonus right. played slots all weekend won up to like 180 pound tried to withdraw yesterday and they say i cant withdraw cause "bonus terms not met" but i already finished the wagering?? shows 0/3500 completed on my account
now they sayin i can only withdraw 50 quid max from bonus which wasnt in the terms i read?? anyone dealt with this before getting proper stressed

than what were the exact bonus terms? Usually crypto casinos have max cashout buried somewhere. Did you check their full T&Cs page or just the popup when you claimd it?

Also, and I hate to say this, but Cryptorino has a pretty bad rep from what I've seen on Trustpilot. Lots of complaints about blocked withdrawals after wins.

@conker just the popup thing it said 100% up to 100 quid and 35x wagering. finished that yesterday afternoon thats when i tried withdraw and got the message

had same thing happen to me last year. they let you wager it all then hit you with "max win from bonus" bullshit. ended up getting 40 quid back from 300
