cheapest way to move usdt between exchanges??

hi everyone, just keep seeing different networks when i try withdraw usdt and fees are all over so whats actually cheapest? trc20 vs erc20 vs polygon?? need to move roun 500 usdt from binance to coinbase regularly and these fees adding up fast

TRC-20 hands down. around 30c per transfer on tron network vs erc-20 which can spike to several bucks during congestion

polygon even cheaper than trc20 usually like 2-10cents. problem is not every exchange supports it for usdt
make sure if both your exchanges list polygon as withdrawal option first

looks like coinbase only shows erc20 for usdt deposits. ok but binance has like 5 options tho

Here you go and can compare yourself, but @btcinfo891 is right no many options for you in this case except ERC-20

TRC-20 (TRON):
- Fee: like $0.30 per transfer (very consistent)

ERC-20 (Ethereum):

Polygon/BSC:

exchange tells you which network to use when you click depost. it'll show "deposit usdt" then show network options with different addresses for each. ALWAYS verify the network matches on both sending and receiving side. this is how people lose thousands

oh there's so many horror stores out there aso double and triple check before hitting send as exchanges usually can't recover it even if you contact support

@goldkingcoiner fair point but its not different from routing numbers and swift codes for international wires. Just different complexity
@KennyGamerBoy simply do test transaction with small amount first time you use new network/exchange combo and you're fine

just keep in mind some exchanges charge flat withdrawal fee ON TOP of network fee. like binance might charge you their own $1 fee plus the 30 cent trc20 fee. check the withdrawal page before assuming network fee total cost
