cheapest way to move usdt between exchanges??

Here you go and can compare yourself, but @btcinfo891 is right no many options for you in this case except ERC-20

TRC-20 (TRON):
- Fee: like $0.30 per transfer (very consistent)
- Speed: Near instant, confirms in under 1 minute
- Support: Binance, Kraken, most non-US exchanges
- Downside: Coinbase doesn't support it

ERC-20 (Ethereum):
- Fee: Currently $0.03-$0.20 (low gas period)
- Speed: 12-15 second blocks, few minutes total
- Support: Universal - every exchange
- Downside: Can spike to $5+ during congestion

Polygon/BSC:
- Fee: $0.01-$0.10 typically
- Speed: Very fast (seconds)
- Support: Binance, Kraken, limited on US exchanges
- Downside: Not widely supported yet

ok from that moment i want some details what do you mean if i send trc20 to wrong address i lose everything?? how do you even tell which network an address uses huh
exchange tells you which network to use when you click depost. it'll show "deposit usdt" then show network options with different addresses for each. ALWAYS verify the network matches on both sending and receiving side. this is how people lose thousands

just keep in mind some exchanges charge flat withdrawal fee ON TOP of network fee. like binance might charge you their own $1 fee plus the 30 cent trc20 fee. check the withdrawal page before assuming network fee total cost
